A: Delivery within Harare takes 1-2 business days. For other areas, it takes 2-5 business days depending on your location.

A: Yes, we offer free delivery for orders over $50 within Harare. For orders below $50, a $5 delivery fee applies.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, once your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number via SMS and email.

Returns & Warranty

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items. The product must be in its original condition with all accessories.

Q: How do I claim warranty?
A: Contact our support team with your order details and issue description. We'll guide you through the warranty claim process.

Q: What is covered under warranty?
A: Manufacturer defects are covered. Physical damage, water damage, and unauthorized repairs are not covered.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide across Zimbabwe. Our primary delivery areas are:

• Harare Metropolitan Province
• Bulawayo Metropolitan Province
• All major towns and cities
• Selected rural areas (contact us to confirm)

Delivery Timeframes

Our standard delivery timeframes are:

• Harare: 1-2 business days
• Other Urban Areas: 2-3 business days
• Rural Areas: 3-5 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Delivery Fees

Our delivery charges are as follows:

• Harare: $5 for orders under $50, free for orders $50 and above
• Outside Harare: $15 flat rate
• Bulk Orders: Contact us for special rates

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12pm on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this to track your package through our delivery partner's website.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The product is defective or not as described
• The product is in its original condition with all accessories
• The original packaging is intact
• The product hasn't been used, installed, or modified
• You have the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Software, games, and media that have been opened

• Products with tampered or removed serial numbers
• Products damaged due to misuse or accidents

Return Process

Refunds
