Delivery Areas
We deliver nationwide across Zimbabwe. Our primary delivery areas are:
- Harare Metropolitan Province
- Bulawayo Metropolitan Province
- All major towns and cities
- Selected rural areas (contact us to confirm)
Delivery Timeframes
Our standard delivery timeframes are:
- Harare: 1-2 business days
- Other Urban Areas: 2-3 business days
- Rural Areas: 3-5 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Delivery Fees
Our delivery charges are as follows:
- Harare: $5 for orders under $50, free for orders $50 and above
- Outside Harare: $15 flat rate
- Bulk Orders: Contact us for special rates
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12pm on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this to track your package through our delivery partner's website.

Return & Refund Policy
Returns Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

- The product is in its original condition with all accessories
- The original packaging is intact
- The product hasn't been used, installed, or modified
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
